How to help Katirina Refugees/Victims
Needs of Area Shelters

The Good Shepher Mission needs volunteers
to sort through donations, especially during working hours
Medical assistance is in serious demand.
All donations of goods are being directed to the Good Shepherd
Mission for sorting and redistribution.
Your generosity has been overwhelming. We are asking that you hold
onto further donations of used clothing until we have sorted and
distributed the donations that have filled our storage areas to
overflowing. Watch for more information.
Donations Needed:
- New undergarments and socks (including brassieres, esp large
sizes)
- Nonperishable food
- Cash donations and/or gift cards
- A John Deer Mule or similar vehicle (running and in good mechanical
condition) to be used for moving goods around the Mission buildings.
- Other running vehicles can be donated through the Mission to
be placed with people in need of a means of transportation.

Good Shepherd Mission
- Food, including canned items, frozen foods, fresh produce, juice,
and fruits.
- Volunteers, especially to sort donations.
- New underwear.
- Monetary Donations.
- Gift cards from discount stores, gas stations, and resturants.
- Need LOTS of Clothing sorters
at the Good Shepherd Mission.
- Need volunteers to drive supplies from GSM back and forth to the shelters
as needs arise.
