To preface this book, I have been asked to give an account of how the messages began. I will certainly be happy to relay this incredible event. My name is of no importance, only the circumstances and the meaning behind each message is relevant.
I had been speaking with my friend and savior Jesus for about two months. After one of my conversations with him, he informed me that he would be giving me messages of love that should be given to all his people, especially his hurting flock. These revelations would not be private revelations but were to go out to all people. I had a problem with this, as I was content to receive private revelations, and I did not wish to go public, but as I have discovered, when the Lord Jesus asks you to do his bidding, you cannot say no.
First of all, let me state, I was a skeptic when all of the revelations began. I could not believe that I was actually communicating with the Lord God. I had heard of this form of communication before but never dreamed it would happen to me. I felt so unworthy! I asked Jesus over and over, "Why me?" I questioned him over and over, "Why me, Lord? You could have chosen So-and-So, who is much better than I. I am honored, but I don't understand why you are coming to me." He told me, (I'm sure with exasperation) "My friend, you have asked me for many years to be an instrument of my peace and a channel of my love (that had been my prayer for many years). Well, my dear, I do answer prayers, and I have chosen you to do my bidding."
Even now, I still have a problem with this when I think of the awesome impact of this type of communication. He always has to remind me, "Remember, you did not choose ME, I chose you." He always iterates how important it is to pray for protection from the enemy of the soul before I go into communication with him. I pray also to the Holy Spirit to come and give me the wisdom and the knowledge to impart his words that will heal the hurting and bring his peace to all who need his peace and love.
Let me state now, I do not have visions. I have what is called locutions. "How does it happen?" many ask. This is difficult to answer. Many times a passage from Scripture or a song, spiritual or popular, comes into my mind. It never leaves. The theme keeps repeating itself over and over, and then I know to go into prayer. I ask for protection and tell the Lord that his servant is waiting for his words. Very soon, the words start coming to my heart, and I begin to write them on paper. The words come at a fast rate. Many times, I do not know, until I finish, what has been said. I have even been awakened from a deep sleep to write.
I have also asked why these messages are different in context from other messages I have read. My friend Jesus (as I have come to know him) told me, "My dear, I come to you as a friend, one you may invite into your home to visit with you and converse with. I come in your quiet time to tell you of my wishes for the world. My messages to you are of a different nature, for I speak to all my people through these visits. It does not matter to what religious denomination one belongs, nor to what political party [he adheres], nor even what beliefs he possesses. I need all people on the earth to abandon themselves to the world and come to me. I only ask that they extend the courtesy of listening to me when their part of the conversation is ended. So many call to me and ramble on and on, but they do not show me the courtesy of listening to what I have to communicate to them. This is very important!"
The messages have been profound. They impart a sense of love to all who are searching for an answer to the many problems that face our world today.
When I asked the Lord about the price I should charge for the book, he informed me that I was to give it out, free of charge. I could only accept donations, for the messages were given to me from a loving God, and the messages were to be given, through me, to the people, from a loving God. So there will be no charge for this book.
To each reader who reads the messages, I ask that you pray for discernment before you begin. Pray that the Holy Spirit will enlighten you and give you the insight to understand each message as it relates to you. My prayer is that these messages may touch each reader so that his life will be changed, and he will find true peace and love that can only be found in Jesus. Lastly, I ask Jesus to extend a special blessing to you, and I hope that each one will be inspired to live the messages that have been given to me for the world "from a loving God."
I remain his humble servant, an instrument of his peace, and a channel of his love.
